Hello! I'm Kylie, a UK based product designer with over 7 years of in-house SaaS design experience.
Grounded by Victor Papanek’s Design for the Real World, what I love most about being a designer is the idea that every decision, trade-off, and compromise—no matter how big or small—can create value somewhere for people like you and me.
So far, I’ve worked across a variety of industries, tackling products and businesses at different stages of growth. As a result, I've been exposed to different UX maturities, stakeholder styles, change management, as well as the challenges of start-ups (aka. the reality of being a designer).
As I step into the senior space, I’m focused on developing my leadership skills as an introvert, and what it means to create psychological safety to others—something which is paramount to my working style.
