I'm Kylie, a UK based product designer with 7 years of in-house SaaS design experience. Grounded by Papanek’s Design for the Real World, what I enjoy most about being a designer is knowing that every decision, trade-off, and compromise—no matter how big or small—can create value somewhere for people like you and I.
I’ve worked across a variety of industries, tackling products and businesses at different stages of growth. As a result, I've been exposed to different UX maturities, stakeholder styles and the realistic challenges of start-ups.
As I grow in my career, I’m focused on developing my leadership skills as an introvert, and what it means to create psychological safety for others—something paramount to my working style.
